European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP https://emsp.org/about-emsp/)

and its Member Associations have decided to develop social indicators to measure how Multiple Sclerosis (MS) impacts on a person’s social inclusion in their community.

Social exclusion is the failure of society to provide certain individuals/groups (e.g., people with MS) with the rights & benefits typically available to people in that society. It focuses attention on factors that prevent individuals or groups from having opportunities open to the majority of the population.

We would like to invite you to to take the Social Inclusion survey and share your experiences with us.

Your responses will be used to identify social issues and how they are managed in the current social systems. The questionnaire requires 10-15 minutes to be completed.

The closing date for responses is Friday 30th September.
